Hi! Today, I am going to talk about my friend in Minnesota. I have been friend with Ai before I had been to America. But I got a lot of friends in my trip to Minnesota. I will introduce my friends!Keishi was our leader. He was little selfish and he was little strange. But he was good leader I think. He made us laugh and he was always thinking about us...maybe. Yuhei was so kind man. He was very gentle and he was good son for his host mother. He had only one host family and his host mother love him. She felt that Yuhei was her real son I think. I like his host mother. She has kind heart. She was always kind for not only Yuhei but also us. Maybe all of us like his host mother. And I like Yuhei so much. I know him when I was junior high school student. We were same junior high school. But we were in different class. So we had never talked there. And, we were in same high school, too. We were in Kumamoto Gakuen University Fuzoku High School. And in this school, we were not in same class, too. But I knew him because he got tall in high school. When he was junior high school student, he was so small. However, he would be tall good boy speedy. It was amazing for me. Ayako is so funny girl. I think she is strange still now. But when she was in Minnesota, she did bad or funny things almost everyday. She was mood maker for us. We love her and we like to talk with her. She always says mysterious things. And her host mother was sooooo kind!! Her name is Veronica. We were surprised at her kindness to Ayako. She was so lucky girl! Ayako said that she did not have her comfortable place in Japan so she did not would like to go back to Japan. She often talked to Veronica that she will back to Minnesota in this winter. But of course she did not. Yuki is my new friends in this program. I did not know her when we alive at the U.S. I got a sick first day and she talked to me “Are you all right, Keiko?" I was grad to hear that words and we would be friend soon. She looks so clever but she is little unique. She had one host family, too. Her host mother was a teacher in private school. She was so serious and she spoke English very very fast. I was amazing. Yuki often said" I could not understand her English but I may be able to make sense what she tells." Her host mother is vegetarian so she always ate vegetable. Ai is my special friend. I like her so much. She has good skill of communication. She is able to talk with everyone. She has positive thinking and negative thinking. She always understands her own idea. She has imagination. But she did misunderstand often. It was funny. My host mother like her because she speak to them friendly. We went to school together every morning. The reason why Ai and I went to school together was we were in same town. We went to the church by Alaina or Suzan's car and we rode on the ban. It was alike LOVEWAGON in Ainori. We got　on the ban with student from Rikkyo last few weeks. It would be good memory for us. Keishi, Yuhei, Ayako, Yuki, Ai, and I were always together in Minnesota. We made special memories and we could made good friend ship. Hi! Today, I am going to talk about my funny memories in Minnesota. I did make concrete with my host family and their family. Most of them were man but I and my host mother Alaina and her sister Emily joined their hard work. And another day, I rode a jet ski!! Of course it was my first time for me. It was so fun! First, I rode on a swimming ring it was connected with Jet Ski. I was little scared but I felt fun!! I was so exited!! Next, I rode on the seat of Jet Ski with Alaina. She drove and I rode behind her. She did strange driving. She was challenger so she did dangerous driving. First day, I did not drive by myself because I could not make decision. Next day, I tried driving!! Sooooo fearful it was! However, it was too fun!! I could go where I would like to go. And I did some jump and I turned many times. I thought that many families in Minnesota have Jet Ski or like that. It was so good for their children to become familiar to water; see and lakes and so on. Have you ever did jet ski? I want you to ride some day!Next, I did shoot real guns!! I was afraid of guns. My host mother's dad has a lot of guns in his secret room. On 17the August, Alaina and Derek and Emily took me to their gun shooting place because It was my last weekend in Minnesota in this program. They thought that I should to go through American original experience. We went to there by one car. It took about two hours to reach there. We went to nice hamburger restaurant on that way. We ate a lot and all of us drunk a smoothie chocolate drinks. I forgot the name of the drink but it was so popular on the U.S. I think.I did shooting by myself. It was so fearful and the sound was too big! So we put on each ears ear caver to protect ears. We drew some paintings on the board. These were the target. The first time I shoot, I was jump back because of a impact of the gun. I was surprised the power of gun’s impact. I could got fake roon ;> And I thought that they were so cool when they were aiming their target. After shooting, we went to the lake and play their. Then we went to the little forest and we climbed a tower. We looked down the city. When the wind taught my face on the tower, I remembered the nature and people and everything of Minnesota. I am going to talk about my memories in Minnesota. First, I will introduce my host family. There were two people in my host family. My host father, Derek, and host mother Alaina. They are so unique and they like funny things so much. They are young couple. Derek is 28 years old and Alaina is 29 years old. They are so kind and I felt that they were seemed as if my brothers. They do not have child so they were planning to adopt. I hard that many family do adoptions in the U.S. It was interesting for me. My friend Ai and I asked about adoptions to my host mother. She works answering phones in the office. But she has a license of Social Studies teacher. She is looking for a job where in high school. She likes to know about society and she has a lot of knowledge about politics, cultures, and history of many countries. She told us about adoptions. I was asked about relations between China and Japan. I talked to her my opinion but I do not know what is right. She was interested in it and her eyes were so seriously. I remember her eyes still now. Derek is so kind! He is gentleman. He always smiling and he had me in his mind. Alaina has two brothers and a sister. Older brother’s name is Evin. He is so funny and his talk was always amusing to me. He let me to drive in the parking of super market. I do not have driving license so it is my secret only here. He always makes us laugh. And, he is so handsome boy and playboy. I think he have made many girls cry. Joe is Alaina’s younger brother. He is 22 years old so I can talk to him naturally. Younger sister’s name is Emily! I love her so much! She is kind sooooo much. I liked to go walk with her around her house. She came to my house when my host family is not at house. She did prepare my diner when I was sick. I realty appreciated to her.
One big memory was making concrete in my host family’s garage. There were a lot of man who have muscle enough. I joined there and I tried making. They are kind for me and I could enjoy making. It is my good memory in Minnesota.

In Minnesota 1

Hello every one. I am going to talk about my stay in Minnesota in last summer vacation. It was program in Eibei Gakka in Kumamoto Gakuen University. I went to there many friends. Ai, Ayako, Keishi, Yuhei, Koyoi, Yu, Miho, Yoshimi, Ayaka, Takashi and Shiori. And I got many friends in this program. Yuki, Kana, Yoko, Masatsuka, Yuki, Hiroki and Ryuta in this program to go to Minnesota. All of them are my good friends and I was so happy that I could become friends with them.

First, I got a sick in air plane. So I was not fine a few days. But my host mother Alaina was so kind and she brought to me some food to eat easily. I was so happy and I would be good soon. I cloud not ride on the ship on Mississippi. This is my room that I stay for a month. I took my room when I was sick so it is my view when I was in bed. It was so sweet room and sweet bed.

I went to the wedding! It was my good experience and good memory. I was told that I will go to the wedding on e-mail from my host mother, so I brought my one-piece for this event. The bride was so beautiful and she looks so happy! Of course the broom was smilling;>


In the U.S, the girls who are cousin or niece of them gring the ring to
them. It is an ceremony. I saw these girls walking the aisle of the church. They were so cute. After the wedding, I joined the wedding party. I ate good meal and I drunk coffee. I like to drink coffee so Alaina's sister, Emily, gave me a cup of coffee. I met Emily this day and I met Alaina's mother and Alaina's father, too. They were so kind and Alaina's father was so gentlman. He was so cool for me. It would be my image of man of the U.S. (338words:4902words)
