spring BR9 The Coat

I am going to show you a book which title is “The Coat.”
This story is not easy for me.
In this story, the boy Mark will move. He heard that his neighbor cried. It was man. Mark listened to mans speaking.
“Where is my coat!?”
His daughter said “I think I put it out for the garbage truck this morning.”
Man was sobbing and he said “It was not just an old coat. The pockets were full of treasure.”
Mark listened to the voice so he thought that he can get the treasures. He started to follow the garbage truck by bicycle. At least, he could find mans coat at the top of the rubbish bag.
He went back to his home and he opened the pockets. He found an old fob watch, a faded photo of a young woman, a locket, bottle tops and a shark’s tooth.
He could not find any dollars or diamonds or emeralds or rubies.
He was not sure what to do with it. Maybe he should take it back to the dump.
But next morning, Mark found the man in his garden. Suddenly Mark knew what to do.
“Hello” said Mark.
“I found your coat.”
The old man looked surprised as he took his coat from Mark.
“How did you get? Where was this coat?” he asked.
Then, he looked at the faded photo.
“You have made an old man very happy,” he said.
“Good!” smiled Mark.

This is not just good story. Mark thought that he could get other’s treasure first.
But finally he could change his mind. It is good story I thought.

Worst days in my life

Hi. Today, I would like to talk about worst days in my life.
I have an experience to be operated right eye because of detachment of the retina. It was about three years ago. When I was studying hard at night for end-of-term examination on second year in high school, I noticed that I could not look on my right eye well. I felt discomfort in my right eye but I had no time to go to ophthalmology. Eventually, I went there after two weeks by the first unease. At there, I was shocked at ophthalmologist’s word. “You have to operate soon. You should enter university hospital tomorrow and you should operate your right eye tomorrow.” I could not understand what he said. But he called my parents to his ophthalmology and he did some procedure to university hospital to operate tomorrow. I could not believe that I will be operated tomorrow.
I cried so much and I scared to failure. I went home with sadness and next day I went to university hospital. I was operated my right eye with general anesthesia. My operation took about five hours to finish. The first time I opened my eyes after operation, I felt pain on my right eye so much. I could not see myself first. And next day I tried to see my eye and I shocked at my red eye. It looked not human’s eye. Too red!!
I could not take off the gauze almost one month after that because of bad appearance. After discharge of the hospital, I backed to high school. I had headache at least 5 minutes reading book. But now, I can read book and use eyes almost usual. I can sports I can run I can wash my face freely! I cannot see the world on my right eye because my right eye’s retina cannot remedy my eyesight. But I can see with my left one so I can enjoy my life.

21years old

I became 21 years old today!
I was celebrated by many people this year. I am so happy and I really appreciated them.
Today, I had exam in “History of Britain” class and I had a meeting about Takuma Festival in autumn. After that I had explanation about teaching course. So I was busy today. After that I was celebrated by about thirty people and I did “PAI NAGE”. My friend threw the cake to my face! I cannot believe that at the first time. But I thought that it was …good…memorial….for me!
And I was celebrated in my club at club meeting at university. I felt happy so much!
“I want give them more special birthday” I thought.
And I would like to throw cake to my friend someday!!!!(130words)

TRAINING

Recently I often listen to “English as a Second Language Podcast.” I have iPod so I listen this podcast when I walk outside and I ride bicycle to go school or to downtown. I think it is good for me to improve my English skills. Originally I liked listening English music and watch English movies. And I knew that to listening English everyday is so good for learner better than speaking English in my seminar in University. “English as a Second Language Podcast” is not difficult for me to listen. But it has enough spans to listen seriously. I do not feel dullness so I can keep trying this practice. I would like to understand English better and better and I would like to use English someday. I think it is fun for me to expose English better than last year. So I can enjoy reading English books as book reviews.(152words)

spring BR8 Bertha

Hi. Today, I am going to talk about a book. The name of the book is “Bertha.”
This story is about a family they want to buy new car.
They have a car its name is Bertha. They like the car but it is getting old. So they decided to buy new one.
Father wants to buy black one.
Mother wants to buy yellow one.
Son wants to buy purple one.
And daughter wants to buy pink one.
They tried some car out but they found any complaint on it. They were accustomed to riding Bertha so they could not chose other cars.
Then they abandoned to but new car once.
They restart riding Bertha but it would be getting older and older. And it would be almost broken car. One day, they go travel and they used taxi and plane. On the way to home, son said “We should get new car…” Then, father said “I already bought new car. It is waiting us at home now!” Mother, son and daughter were looking forward to see new car.
Finally they felt happy with new car.
It was “NEW BERTHA.”

I like this story. It is important to take in high-tech things but we should treasure to have warm heart such as this family.

My cell phone...

Hi. I am going to talk about my cell phone.
I bought a cell phone by my self about 15 month ago. But I broke it after half a year.
It was not to be able to tell and send mails. So I went to phone shop and I give to repair it. It cost over 5000yen. After about 2weeks, I got renew one. It was shinny and looks brand-new. But, it was broken after 1 month!! I could not believe it! I think it is not my responsibility. But I can not go phone shop again because I have no more money. I pay 2000yen every month for this machine. And I pay about 10000 yen as charge. It was stress to me! I can not repair again so I do not use it now. I was given my sister’s old cell phone so I borrow it to use.
But it was like new phone so I want to use… What should I do?(165words)
